Do we ever have exciting news for you! Kids Inc is proud to offer discounts on eligible registrations! Please note the following discounts are for summer camp programs only.

**PLEASE NOTE THAT YOU MUST APPLY THE DISCOUNT CODE DURING THE REGISTRATION PROCESS TO APPLY THE DISCOUNT IN QUESTION.
6WEEK OR MORE DISCOUNT– Our 6 Week or More Discount is our largest discount for families who commit to having their campers attend our program for multiple weeks. This discount is based upon the number of sessions that each individual camper in your family is booked for with us at Kids Inc and you will only qualify for this discount when it is applied to an individual campers registration who is booked for 6 weeks or more . Please be sure to only enter the discount code if you are eligible. If the code is entered and the discount is applied in error to a registration that does not qualify, it will be removed. This discount is $20.00 off per session per camper as long as they are booked for the appropriate number of sessions. The code you will need to enter if you qualify is 6WEEK+ and this will be entered during the registration process.
VALUE BUNDLE DISCOUNT – Our Value Bundle Discount is a great value that is offered to families who commit to the appropriate number of sessions to qualify for this discount. This discount is based upon the total number of sessions your family books for with us at Kids Inc Camp and you will only qualify for this discount if your family registration is within the criteria set out in this description of the discount. Please be sure to read the following details and only enter this discount code if you are eligible. If the code is entered and the discount is applied in error to a registration that does not qualify, it will be removed. This discount is $10.00 off per session per child when you book for a specific volume of sessions per family registration.

If you are a camp family with 2 or more campers you will need to book a total of 6 sessions or more for the camp season. Example: 2 campers booked for 3 sessions each.

If you only have 1 camper in your family you will qualify if you book for 4 sessions or more.
The code you will need to enter if you qualify is VALUE2025 and this will be entered during the online registration process when prompted to enter a discount code.

OUR REGULAR HOURS CAR TO CAMP DROP OFF TIMES ARE AS EARLY AS 8:00AM AND PICK UP TIMES CAN BE AS LATE AS 5:00PM. SPECIFIC DROP OFF/PICK UP TIMES WILL BE BOOKED WITH OUR OFFICE AFTER REGISTRATION.
BUS STOP TIMES ARE AS PER THE SCHEDULE FOUND AT THIS LINK – LINK TO BUS SCHEDULE
FLEX HOURS CAN BE ADDED FOR CAR TO CAMP ONLY AND CAN GO FROM AS EARLY AS 7AM TO AS LATE AS 6PM. AN ADD ON FEE APPLIES FOR THIS ADDITIONAL SERVICE.
CARE HOURS OUTSIDE OF CAMP PROGRAM TIMES WILL BE LESS STRUCTURED THAN THE CAMP DAY – SUPERVISION IS PROVIDED AND CAMPERS ENJOY FREE TIME ACTIVITIES SUCH AS COLOURING AND PLAYGROUND TIME. MORE INFORMATION ABOUT OUR FLEX HOURS CAN BE REQUESTED VIA EMAIL AT REGISTRATION@KIDSINC.CA

INCLUDES AM AND PM FLEX HOURS. FLEX HOURS AS EARLY AS 7AM TO AS LATE AS 6PM.
THIS OPTION IS AVAILABLE EVERY WEEK OF OUR PROGRAM.
BE SURE TO READ OUR PARENTS HANDBOOK FOR ALL OF OUR POLICIES. WE WISH TO HIGHLIGHT OUR CANCELLATION POLICY HERE, HOWEVER, ALL POLICIES LISTED IN OUR HANDBOOK MUST BE READ, UNDERSTOOD AND AGREED TO UPON BOOKING.
CANCELLATION POLICY
If you wish to cancel we require 21 days advance notice of the cancellation prior to the start date of the session or sessions in question.
Without this 21 day notice we are not able to provide you with any form of refund.
With this 21 days notice or more there will be a refund minus a cancellation fee of $30 per week per child.
If your cancellation does not provide us with 21 days notice but is approved by our administrative office and is accompanied by a doctors note that is able to be provided to us we can switch your registration to another session of the same camp season pending availability.
