What is SUP? SUP is a Stand Up Paddle board.

Why is SUP Yoga so great? SUP Yoga will take your focus during your asana practice to a whole new level! Balance becomes the challenge while you feel the space around you a whole new way….. and it’s fun too 😉 Join us for a giggle and learn so much more.

This program is set up as a 3 week clinic that will work in a progression style to build your core strength and confidence and get you ready to shine bright in your postures on the board!

Email us for more details if you wish at registration@kidsinc.ca

Join Mary-Kay for Vinyasa Flow Yoga. These classes will be held outdoors and therefore layered clothing can be a great idea if there is a chill in the air.

Fresh air, deep breathing, and flowing movements in an inspiring setting surrounded by nature.

These classes are intermediate level yoga classes and not suitable for beginners. Classes will include slow and moderate speed flowing movements, muscular challenge, including a focus on our breath, and we will finish with relaxation.

You are welcome to bring a blanket, pillow, and warm sweater and socks for the end of the practice in order to be warm and cozy during final relaxation.

Please contact us to discuss if you are interested but just not sure if this class is right for you – we would love to help you to decide and/or tell you about alternatives. Register for the 6-week session today.

This is a 6-week session with the only drop in option being for students who have worked with Mary-Kay in her classes in the past. If drop in is something that you would like to explore please contact us via email to discuss at registration@kidsinc.ca

A special event that will start with a guided meditation, and move into a talking circle, and finish with a fire ceremony. The theme of this circle will be “Letting Go”.

This theme can mean many different things for different people and it is important to honor the messages that come to you during our meditation and in some cases in thoughts, feelings, and dreams leading up to this event to see what it means for you.

More information about this event can be helpful if you have never been to a circle like this before so feel free to email us at registration@kidsinc.ca to ask for more info. Anyone 18 and over is welcome to attend.
