You will be responsible for your own transportation to and from the program. The location of each of our Adult Programs will be emailed to you upon registration. They will be held in most cases in Conservation Areas and Facilities within Wellington County. More information on each location will be provided to you at a later date. In most cases these programs are offered in an outdoor setting and therefore you will need to be dressed for the weather. Please bring with you anything that you will need to be comfortable including snacks, and water as these items are not available at the location of the program offering.
Please check out our adult program offerings and register online if you are interested in attending. Registration will be taken from June 1st until the day of the program offering. Programs will be cancelled if there is not enough registration and in the case of this kind of cancellation you will be refunded 100% in full as quickly as we are able to do so.

Join Mary-Kay for Vinyasa Flow Yoga. These classes will be held outdoors and therefore layered clothing can be a great idea if there is a chill in the air.
Fresh air, deep breathing, and flowing movements in an inspiring setting surrounded by nature.
These classes are intermediate level yoga classes and not suitable for beginners. Classes will include slow and moderate speed flowing movements, muscular challenge, including a focus on our breath, and we will finish with relaxation.
You are welcome to bring a blanket, pillow, and warm sweater and socks for the end of the practice in order to be warm and cozy during final relaxation.

A special event that will start with a guided meditation, and move into a talking circle, and finish with a fire ceremony. The theme of this circle will be “Letting Go”.
This theme can mean many different things for different people and it is important to honor the messages that come to you during our meditation and in some cases in thoughts, feelings, and dreams leading up to this event to see what it means for you.
