Welcome tO OUR Adult Wellness Programs

The programs, and offerings listed here are for participants 18 years of age and older only.

You will be responsible for your own transportation to and from the program. 

Adult Programs are offered at Kids Inc Camp located at 5567 4th Line Hillsburgh N0B 1Z0.  Entry to the facility for the program will take place 15 minutes prior to the scheduled start time unless an earlier time has been emailed to you.  The driveway will not open until 15 minutes prior to the scheduled class time.  

Masks must be warn when exiting your car and until we get to the space where you will be participating in the case of movement and fitness oriented classes.  Once you have arrived in your space for these classes masks are optional.  All other programs will have mask related policies in keeping with the Provincial Legislation based upon the stage of the frame-work our area is in at any given time.  Email details will be sent to you prior to the class in question.  

More information will be provided to you via email prior to the start of the program that you have registered for so please do stay tuned to your email after your registration has been submitted.


Swim in the pond, go down the water slide, float in a tube, go for a little paddle on a paddle board or one of our small top water kayaks.  Enjoy the sun on the beach with a book or do some yoga or excercise if that is what feels fun for you.  This is an adults only time to enjoy the pond and the beach.  More info to come…


Join Mary-Kay for Outdoor Yoga Flow. These classes will be held outdoors and therefore layered clothing can be a great idea if there is a chill in the air. Fresh air, and flowing movements in an inspiring setting surrounded by nature. These classes are intermediate level yoga classes and not suitable for beginners. Classes will include slow and moderate speed flowing movements, muscular challenge, including a focus on our breath, and we will finish with relaxation. You are welcome to bring a blanket, pillow, and warm sweater and socks for the end of the practice in order to be warm and cozy during final relaxation. Please contact us to discuss if you are interested but just not sure if this class is right for you – we would love to help you to decide and/or tell you about alternatives. Register for the 8-week session today. This is a 8-week session with the only drop in option being for students who have worked with Mary-Kay in her classes in the past. Sharing Circles will be a monthly offering where we will have the chance to come together around a fire and share deeply about our thoughts, feeling, and our own personal journey.  This is also a safe space to come and listen and hold space for others if you are not feeling called to share so please know that you are welcome to come no matter what. Sharing Circles will be outdoors and there will be no indoor option for days when weather is a factor.  If the weather does not work in our favour an alternate date will be planned.
